1/4 Cup millet
1/4 Cup Flax Seeds
1 Cup boiling
FilteredWater
1 tsp Kelp
1 Tbs Currants, Gogi Berries, or Blueberries, etc..
Grind Millet
Add 1 Cup FIltered Water
Simmer 5 mins
