

This is a fun fruit pie for summer! Buy fresh ripe peaches that are on the verge of becoming over ripe. It is a raw pie made with fresh pureed fruit and a health nutty crust. Only taking minutes to make and no bake!
Ingredients:
Pie Filling:
- 1 basket of rip peaches
- 1 Tbs raspberries to garnish
- 3 Tbs cinnamon
Pie Crust:
- 1 cup pitted dates or raisins
- 1/2 cup walnuts or almonds
- 1/4 cup ground oatmeal flakes
- 1 Tbs. cinnamon
- 1 Tbs. sea salt
- 1-2 Tbs. water
Directions:
1. First process all ingredients for crust in food processor until it forms a dough ball add water slowly until dough thins out to form a less sticky mass that is moldable and not really dry.
2. Take this mixture and form it into a pie pan and set aside.
3. Next process all the ingredients for th pie filling. Mix until a choppy peach sauce mixture is created.
4. Pour this into the pie crust and top artistically with raspberries in the center and top with cinnamon.
5. Put in fridge and let set for at least 2o mins.
